Question about ranking

I assume it is just the full ilevel of the items added together, If this is the case then me and a fellow member of my guild cannot work out why he is above myself as when we add the ilevel up I am ahead.

Is there other factors to the score and if so what are they

Example:
2 2951 Ocramus 70 WarlockMagtheridonEU
3 2933 Borntrue 70 WarlockMagtheridonEU
